All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states).
We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also do not ship internationally.

We offer standard shipping across the continental United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $30.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Jenuine Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Jenuine Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
